Service: "Photo displaying order management"

All registered users will now be able to change the order of their pictures in a review. That option will be available both when adding pictures to a new review and editing pictures to reviews added earlier. Managing the pictures order is quite simple, hold the left mouse button, drag the chosen picture to the intended position and save the changes.
