New services: "Comments deleting" and "User blocking"

Now authors of reviews have the option of deleting comments to their reviews. In order to delete an objectionable comment, use the dropdown list by the comment and chose "Delete comment". Immediately after deleting a comment you will have the opportunity to restore it, but this option will be unavailable after you refresh or close the page. The option of blocking a user is now also available. A blocked user can not leave comments to your reviews or write private messages. In order to block a user use the dropdown list by the comment. You are able to cancel the blocking at any time using the "Blocked users" section in your private cabinet.
