Dear sirs,

in connection with the vacation that my family and I plan to spend in your hotel starting from September,22 I kindly ask you to inform me if the temperature of water in the hotel pool is adequate (warm enough) for children. I had an experience of vacations in other hotels in Marmaris (that is Ideal Prime), and the pools were extremely cold that is not acceptable for me.
