My name is Elena Martynova and me and my husband Igor Solodilov will coming to your hotel THE GRAND HOTEL HURGHADA 4* from 13 till 23 December. I have a health problem (I have a hip replacement) and it is difficult for me to go up/down stairs. We kindly ask you to provide for us room on the lower floor, if it possible.
