for sure, it is possible to return to the same beach hotel beach during the day again as long as it's in the daytime not in the evening.
For the separate question all of our guest who goes to the coral beach goes there with their children 6-7-8-4 year old so for sure it means that it is possible for them to swim there especially if they are wearing sea shoes
