Добрый день. Я так понимаю руководство отеля даже сюда не заходит. Да действительно отель прекрасно расположен, но сервис просто отвратительный. Обо всем нужно просить по 15 раз, отдых превратился в беготню на рецепшн, у наших знакомых не работает дверь, они просто 5 дней уже заходят через окно, администратор кормит завтраками. Чего не коснись, полный ингнор. Подскажите, у вас вообще работает служба сервиса? Есть понятие клиентоориентированности? Судя по всем нет, в номерах вековая грязь.
