На балконе нет специальной сушильной машины или переносной сушилки для белья. Но для сушки легких вещей, таких как купальники и мелкая одежда, у нас есть стационарная выдвижная бельевая веревка в ванной комнате.

There is no dedicated laundry dryer machine or portable drying rack on the balcony.

However, for drying lighter items like swimwear and small garments, we have a fixed retractable clothesline located in the bathroom/shower area.
