Добрый вечер. Вопрос, мы прилетаем в отель рано утром, скажите мы сможем пользоваться услугами отеля, такими как завтрак, сможем получить пляжные полотенцами или только после заселения в отель (12.00-13.00). Спасибо.

Dear Mrs. Natalia,
From the time of your arrival in our hotel, you will be given the All Inclusive bracelets, meaning you could use all our services included, even if your room might not be ready yet. The breakfast starts at 7:00 until 10:00.
The beach towels are given at the reception through a 5 euro deposit/per towel, that is returned once you have finished with your towels or on your last day, before departure.
