Едем в отель с 5 по 12 января , можно ли заранее попросить поселить в корпус улучшенный , с ремонтом , чайником и феном? Прочитала в отзывах, что 1 корпус хуже всех.

Попросить можете , но вообще не факт что дадут , что просите. Мы в путевке указывали 2 комнаты рядом, дали вообще в разных концах, на все наши вопросы ответ был один "сбой в системе , ни чего не знаем" . Показывали путевку где было прописано это, но все без толку.
