We ask to help us and to give explanations in the created situation: 09.07.2017 we reserved ours the tourist's VIP Isaeva Elena on rest in your hotel, a reservation 61101665028 Natali Tours, with 01.09.2017-08.09.2017
4 days we waited for confirmation, all the time said to Natali Tours that we wait for the answer from hotel and waited 13.07.2017 to us all confirmed!
31.08.2017 - at 15:32 we receive the letter that the reservation did not reach hotel and the tourist will not have a rest in your hotel.
At selection of hotel for the rest the tourist selected dates, possible for booking of rest in your hotel.
Explanations from Natali Tours which we received 31.08.2017 - absolutely not serious - "the hotel does not see armor" - the Reservation was 2 months ago...
To, to a regret, this information reached the tourist very late, he already was at the airport, otherwise Isaeva Elena in general would not depart anywhere!
We with the tourist had very not a pleasant conversation and we in the address listened to the tourist's claims, as a result of Isaeva Elena will not be reserved in our agency any more.
