Добрый день! Будем отдыхать в отеле с 6 июня. Прилетаем поздно вечером и как я понимаю на ужин не успеваем, предусмотрено ли питание для тех кто заселился поздно? На сколько обновлены номера в отеле, хотелось бы попасть в обновленный номер. Планируем пару дней путешествовать по острову, можно ли с собой взять еду? Есть ли в июне анимация? От отеля ходит общественный транспорт в Ретимно и Агия-Пелагия или может быть предоставляется бесплатный автобус? Пляжные полотенца выдаются бесплатно, если нет подскажите, пожалуйста стоимость? В первой половине июня какая температура воздуха и воды? За ранее спасибо =)

We have heard with great pleasure, that we shall have the privilege of welcoming you on the 6th of June.
In regard to your late arrival it shall be with pleasure that we arrange some snack (sandwich, fruit & water) for you.
It would assist us, if you could provide us with your reservation details referring to lead-name, booking number, tour operator and approximate time of arrival by e/mail to reservations@bluebay.gr.
Further we are happy to advise, that you may order excursion baskets at the front desk early in time, latest a day in advance.
There is also a public bus station just outside the hotels entrance, which is going to Heraklions bus stations. From there you will find local busses in all directions.
A free mini bus shuttle is offered at 5 set times to the next public beach, Mononaftis Bay, which, due to the slope location, is like below the Blue Bay Resort hotel.
Pool towels are available at charge of 2€ for each purchase.
