We are travel agents who have booked through tour operator CORAL TRAVEL and incoming company OPEN TRAVEL SERVICE your wonderful hotel for our steady and very valuable clients. We are very concerned about quality of their rest because they are very demanding especially concerning accommodation, room facilities, view. For this reason we have request in terms of their reception. We have booked for our tourists BIRIUKOV DMYTRO and POLUIANOVA SVITLANA Suite from 19.08.2014 till 26.08.2014. Would you be so kind to provide for them room on upper floor with French bed and with the best spectacular SEA VIEW, that is possible to have from this building. If it is possible, please, let us know would it be possible to order upon request on reception for extra charge bathrobes, slippers and tea-coffee facilities in the room and in such case what exact price would it be?
In addition BIRIUKOV DMYTRO will have birthday 20/08/2014, that’s why we ask you to note it and remark this date for tourists by presenting some fruits or whatsoever if you are of course able to fulfill this request.
And moreover BIRIUKOV DMYTRO and POLUIANOVA SVITLANA will have wedding anniversary (10 years!) 21/08 (their wedding day was 21/08/2004). So of course it would be the best present for these really important events to have some room upgrade depending on availability or at least to note our request relating to complete fascinating view from the room.
We are sure that thanks to your assistance and hospitability our tourists will be satisfied with spending their trip and celebrating their wedding anniversary and birthday! They definitely will become loyal repeaters of your hotel and we as tourist agents will listen to only positive impressions and gratitude for such recommendation!
