Dear Ms. Daria,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Kindly note that guests staying in the Palm Wing under the All-Inclusive package are welcome to use all facilities available in the Beach Wing, including the swimming pools and bars, with the exception of the main buffet restaurant.
Guests staying in the Beach Wing can also use the facilities available in the Palm Wing.
Regarding dining, guests staying in both the Palm Wing and Beach Wing can enjoy their meals together at the Palm Wing main restaurant.
We hope this clarifies the arrangements and look forward to welcoming you and your friends to Novotel Sharm El Sheikh.
Kind regards

Ask your question
My husband and I are planning to stay at Novotel Sharm El Sheikh Beach, while our friends will be staying at Novotel Sharm El Sheikh Palm. We are all planning to book the All Inclusive package.
Could you please clarify which facilities we will be able to use together?
Can guests staying at Palm use the Pool Bar at the Beach wing free of charge under their All Inclusive package?
Can guests staying at Beach use the pool and the Pool Bar at the Palm wing free of charge?
Can Beach and Palm guests have meals together in either of the main restaurants, or must each guest use the restaurant assigned to their wing?
Kind regards,
Daria
