While other hotels may have different occupancy policies and arrangements for families with children, Sentido Naga Bay applies its own accommodation standards and room occupancy regulations. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in this room category, regardless of whether an extra bed is required.

Why can’t they?
Almost all hotels in Egypt now accommodate 2+1 (6 years old) in standard rooms and offer to provide a bed or no bed — we don’t need it.
Now we’re being offered hotels with this type of accommodation, and we’re choosing from them, but only yours doesn’t offer this type of arrangement…
Moreover, many hotels have standard rooms of 25–30 square metres, while yours is 36 square metres — and that’s not acceptable?
We’ve already vacationed in Egypt six times and have experience.

Double room cannot fit 2+1 and it highly recommended to book superior room .

So, will you be able to allow us to check into a regular double room, not a superior one, for 2 adults and a 6‑year‑old child?
Since we don’t need an extra bed for our son, a regular double room suits us very well, and it will also be closer to our friends.
