Добрый день . Рассматриваем с вашей семьей ваш отель на осень . В телеграмме есть группа вашего отеля , где многие туристы ведут себя неадекватно , точнее один ваш постоянный турист по имени Евгений очень агрессивно себя ведет если кто то не согласен с его мнением . Скажите у вас такие туристы отдыхают только ? И как у вас с безопасностью в отеле ? Просто не хотелось бы портить отдых когда рядом такие агрессивно настроенные туристы , какие меры вы принимаете против них ?
