I am writing to you as a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member. Our family has had the absolute pleasure of staying at your properties many times, and we always love our experiences with you.
We have an upcoming reservation for our next trip. We'll be here since 24 June till 15 July. Currently, we have booked two separate rooms. However, since we are traveling together as one family, we would be very grateful if we could change these two separate rooms into one connect room. Having everyone in a single, larger space would make our stay much more comfortable.
Could you please let us know if this adjustment is possible and if any additional details are needed from our end?
