- 📍📍📍📍в последний день произошло казус в отеле на ресепшн . при выселении мы расплачивались за услуги
- дали 100$с сдачи нет
- сказали здесь не банк идите напротив в магазин . сходили купили ненужные вещи
- чтобы разменять доллары . приходим заново ( территориально это два шага рецепшн напротив магазина) расплачиваемся теми деньгами
- которые нам сдали в магазине и большую часть денег они вернули якобы ветхие
- тут я уже закипела от бардака . нам пригласили представителя от отеля ей оказалась maria
- вышла с недовольным лицом дама
- которая с трудом решила наш вопрос
- без особой заинтересованности и клиентоориентированности
- хотя какая там клиентоориентированность . у нас нет сдачи - это ваша проблема. далее
- вылет у нас был вечерний мы продлили номер накануне
- но та смена никакой информации не передала текущей. и получился опять бардак . при сдаче номера с нас пытались стрясти штраф за карточку для пляжных полотенец 30$
- которую нам якобы выдавали на ребенка . но нам выдали исключительно на двоих взрослых . отбивались мы с
