Could you please accommodate them in quite side of Grand chalet on the first floor?

It is VERY important because, MRS ROGOZIANSKA TETIANA has a trouble with her back and it will be very difficult and uncomfortable to use stairs or elevator. Also you could check that MRS Rogozianska is your regular client. She chosee your hotel 4 consecutive year. We hope that you will do all your best to make your and our clients happy and maybe you could provide more benedits like free massage or spa or free fruits in the room.
