Отель категорически не понравился.
- Деньги с карты списали заранее еще до заезда, хотя обещали оплату при заселении и в результате поселили нас со взрослой дочерью в ужасно прокуренный номер делюкс (за делюкс платили), хотя отель для некурящих. У дочери в этот день был день рождения, хотели посидеть в уютном номере, не получилось.
- Попросили заменить номер, предложили только бюджетный...
