Paradise Island Executive Villa

Paradise Island Villas is a welcoming boutique villa hotel complex comprising of 12 stylish luxury villas that feature 1-3Bedrooms. It is situated in Anissaras on the north coast of Crete which could be described as a suburb of Hersonissos which is the areas hub of activity and nightlife though Anissaras remains without the high development and as such lends itself for a quieter stay. Most of the accommodation in the area is upmarket and there are also apartments for rent and some smaller hotels. Nightlife is really limited to what accommodation has to offer but you dont have to go far to be part of the hustle and bustle with a lively atmosphere.

The Villas enjoy a hillside location that looks out to superb sea and mountain views and is the perfect place for relaxation for couples, groups of friends, and families alike. It is a place where you can enjoy the elegance of luxury villas together with the charm of a boutique hotel. Each villa is the quintessence of comfort where the decor is stylish and Jacuzzi baths, private pools and gardens add to a touch of luxury.
The interior design uses uplifting colour schemes and incorporates elements that are both rustic and traditional as well as stylishly chic. Together these create a distinctive interior design with an ambience of luxury and comfort, especially with the added touches of polished marble, unique furniture pieces, crystal chandeliers from Italy, and extravagant fabrics. Each villa is air-conditioned and is individually styled as well as having its own garden and pool with a jet. Villa pools measure approximately 20m² and have a depth of 1.5mt. They can be heated on request at a cost of 15e per hour (subject to change).

Senior Villa (1Bedroom/1Bathroom) - these are Artemis & Hephaestus and each two-storey villa sleeps up to 3 persons and measures 70m². These villas have a bedroom with a double bed on the first floor and the bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath on the ground floor. The kitchen and spacious living area is open plan and features a fireplace and a sofa bed (a divan similar to a regular sized single bed 1.9mt x 90cm). The garden measures 100m² where there is a private pool with a jet for perfect relaxation.

Executive Villa (2Bedroom/3Bathroom) - these are Aphrodite & Ares that can sleep up to 4 persons and measures 100m². These are two storey villas with two upper floor bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath as well as a sea view from its balconies. The twin bedroom has a separate bathroom with a bath and it also has balconies. Each room is individually styled using a warm or vibrant colour palette, choosing fabrics, and unique furniture pieces. The ground floor houses the fully fitted kitchen, the dining & living room area that has a fireplace, and another bathroom with a shower. Each villa has its own private garden and pool with a jet and an outdoor dining area. These villas are suitable for couples or families.

Family Villa (2Bedroom/2Bathroom) - these are Hermes & Demeter which can accommodate 5 persons and each covers an area of 110m². The two storey villas are individually decorated with a double and a twin bedroom on the upper floor. These bedrooms share a bathroom that has a Jacuzzi bath, and there are a shared terrace and balcony. The ground floor houses an open plan kitchen and spacious living area that has a fireplace as well as a sofa bed (a divan similar to a regular sized single bed 1.9mt x 90cm) that can accommodate a 5th person, as well as a bathroom with a shower. There are a large garden and a private swimming pool with a jet as well as an outdoor dining area. These two villas are ideal for smaller families.

Paradise Villa (2Bedroom/3Bathroom) - these are Poseidon & Apollo which can accommodate 5 persons and each covers an area of 110m². The two storey villas are individually decorated with bedrooms on the upper floor. A sofa bed (a divan similar to a regular sized single bed 1.9mt x 90cm) can accommodate a 5th person in the living room. The master double bedroom features an en-suite marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and has a sea view from its balconies. It is spacious enough to accommodate an extra regular single bed. The twin bedroom has a separate bathroom with a bath, and it also has balconies. The extra spacious ground floor has an open plan kitchen/living room with a fireplace, and there is also another bathroom with a shower on this floor. The décor of the villas gives a modern, chic vibe. Each villa has a large garden and a private swimming pool with a jet. Larger families or group of friends would be well suited to the Apollo and Poseidon Villas.

3Bedroom Superior Villa (3Bedroom/3Bathroom) are Athina, Zeus and Hestia and they can sleep 6 persons with each villa measuring 125m². Elegance and luxury prevail throughout. The villas are two storeys with two bedrooms on the first floor. The master double bedroom has an en-suite marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and has a sea view from its terrace and balcony. It can also accommodate one extra regular single bed. The twin bedroom has a separate bathroom with a bath and also has a terrace and a balcony. The third is situated on the ground floor and has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with rain shower, and a terrace with direct access to the private pool and garden. The ground floor also has an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace, all on slightly different levels. The villas have been individually decorated with fine fabrics and chic pieces of furniture. There are a large garden and a private swimming pool with a jet as well as an outdoor dining area. The villas are suitable for larger families or a group of friends or couples.
Please note that where sofa beds are used for extra occupancy bedroom wardrobe/drawer space usually has to be shared.
