We really need your help.
Our regular tourists, very dear customers, will stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray the second time.
They arrive on 29.10-07.11.
They really loved your hotel and recommend it to everyone.
This time, a mother with two children (6 and 11 years old) will stay.
The voucher is in the file.

We have two questions:

1. Who can I contact to ask to treat these guests with special attention and, if possible, place them in the room as comfortably as possible.

2. A friend wants to join these tourists during the period of 29.10-01.11 for 3 nights. She has already bought air tickets. Our touroperator refused to add one more guest into the reserved room though the area of the room allows you to put an extra bed.
Please help us resolve the issue of placing 1 adult in the reserved room or or will you be able to suggest other solutions to this issue.

Please tell us the amount of the surcharge for these options, and how can we make the booking and payment.
