In reply to your message we are happy to confirm that we have kept a note with your bookings and shall do our utmost to provide rooms nearby in the upper floor. You may use the pool-towel-service which is offered at the Spa Reception (Mondays-Saturdays 10-18 hrs) against the charge of 2 Euro per towel, independently how long you may use it.
