Почитав отзывы по пляжам Маргариты, в агентстве попросила рекомендовать отель с хорошим пляжем без волн. Таких оказалось не много, в итоге наш выбор пал на Hesperia Isla Margarita. Отель в котором останавливались президенты…Мы ему дали другое название «Был когда то…».
Здание отеля большое. Видно, что когда-то было сделано все с размахом. На нарисованные 5 звезд не обращайте...

Прилетели 25 декабря утром, Не буду писать про перелет( это отдельная не приятная история от тур оператора ИНТУРИСТ). Заселили не сразу. Примерно в 13.00, по регламенту заселение в 14.00.В отеле на ресепшене говорит по русски только один менеджер, также и по английски, еще один молодой человек хорошо говорит по английский. Скудное питание, песчаные блохи, переоцененные экскурсии

Приехали в отель 20 декабря 2022 года, тур захватывал Новый год. Новогодний ужин мы оплачивали у Туроператооа дополнительно. Летали с Пегасом - 14 часов туда, 12 - обратно. Есть туроператор, который продает туры с дозаправкой в Тегеране и туристы летят 22 часа, будьте внимательны.

Море, пляж и песчаные блохи!!!

Мы заехали в отель Хесперия Исла Маргарита 9 декабря 2022. Нас встретили очень радушно с приветственными очень вкусными коктейлями и танцами. Почти всех с нашего самолета заселили на 4 этаж. Номер большой, просторный, с красивым видом на горы.
Плюсы нашего отдыха:
Просторный номер
Пляж - практически на территории отеля, небольшие волны, поэтому комфортен для купания.

Мы отдыхаем семьей, я с мужем и ребёнком 5 лет.

Отель Hesperiya Isla Margarita с огромной зелёной территорией
Есть озеро, гольф площадка, спа центр
Встретила нас гид от Пегас Туристик, несмотря на то, что мы приехали с островов (тур у нас был смешанный) в отель вдвоём
Заселили сразу, за 10$ в депозит мы взяли переходник для зарядок( хотя телефон можно заряжать через телевизор, есть вход для шнура)

Хороший отель - прекрасный персонал

Отдыхали в Hesperia Isla Margarita в сентябре 2022 парой. Это самый помпезный отель на острове, но к сожалению очень уставший. Номера просторные, хорошо обставлены. Уборка каждый день. Сейфа в номере не было, но и без него ничего из номера не пропало.
Как и все отели на острове Hesperia имеет сложности с наличием горячей воды, она то есть, то нет. Система кондиционирования слабая, в номерах...

НОМЕРА И УДОБСТВА

очень просторные, но ремонт старый. Ванная комната из трех отделов: 1) туалет, 2) душ 3)умывальники и ванная. В душе вода прохладная, теплой так и не дожидались, сколько не проливали. При этом в умывальниках и в ванной шла прям горячая вода. Я мерзляк, в прохладном душе не была готова мыться, приходилось набирать теплую в ванную. В номерах сыро, нет балкона, кондиционер...

Всем, добрый день!
Два дня назад вернулись из Венесуэлы.
Мой отзыв будет по делу, и надеюсь пригодится будущим туристам данного отеля.
Страна (обращаю внимание многих) - это еще не раскрученный курорт. Сравнивать с остальными Карибами его не стоит. Сервис и размещение еще необходимо подтянуть. Страна не готова к приему русских туристов на том уровне, к которому мы привыкли. Даже на Кубе...
