Начну, пожалуй, с отзыва таксиста, который вез нас в отель: "хотель вери гуд". Расположен в лакшери-резервации Нуса Дуа, входит в сеть Mariott, также как и парочка соседних отелей.
Сервис на высоте - от консьержа до рум-сервис. На ресепшн русскоговорящих не встречал, хотя в описании отеля указана эта опция. Везде вам готовы помочь. Но уровень поддержки зависит от личности. Кто-то просто...
