I have vacation in Rixos sungate in June-July, we arrived at the hotel night around 5 a.m., until 2 pm weren't allowed to enter room. Territory is very big, clean and nice. The hotel has serious problem with free beach and pool deck chairs, always busy with towels, very difficult to find empty space on the beach that is the shame for 5 star all inclusive hotel that not able to manage free beach and pool spaces beside paid ones that charges you around 100-200 euro. Food is standard for Turkey resorts , no fresh served during breakfast. Rooms have old designed interior. Hotel price not meet offered vacation package.

First of all on behalf of Rixos Sungate Hotel we would like to thank you for choosing our Hotel for a holidays and for writing a feedback on this web-site.
Your check-in day fell to the high season and that period of time the Hotel was totally full with a guests. As you know an official time of guest's check out is 12:00 p.m. So we need 2 hours for a cleaning room. If we had an opportunity to give you the room earlier we had done it with pleasure.
There are about 3500 deck chairs on the beach, under the trees, nearby swimming-pools.
The Guest relations Department is always available to handle your questions at all times.
It will be a pleasure to see you again in our Hotel!
