The hotel staff is very friendly and nice. Everything we were asking them was delivered in the best manner - hairdryer, daily room cleaning, taxi, etc.

Breakfast meal is of good quality and tasty.

Comparing to beach restaurants (Unawatuna & Hikkaduwa) dinner prices are much lower, service is quicker and all is very delicious. We have not tried pool, though it looks clean and ok. The Aradhana hotel is next to the railway station Richmond Hill so you may easily get to the beachside by commuter rail trains, however tuk-tuks are everywhere and you may take one and make a deal - Rs 500 - Unawatuna, Rs 700 Dalawela, Wijaya, Rs 1000-1200 to Hikkaduwa. The district is authentic and quiet. The hotel is surrounded by private houses and villas, by the way you may enjoy observing monkeys hoping between palms. I recommend this hotel to leisure travelers - the quality-price ratio is just great, you are not tied to one beach area and may travel on daily basis either to the south or to the north from Galle, also you will definitely like visiting Galle Fort - the place is wonderful and it is worth spending a day there.
