Первый раз за границей ,но даже я неискушенная поняла ,что это не 5 звезд. Номер не очень. Постель меняли ежедневно и убирали ,но в ванной забит слив пучками волос ,полотенца с жёлтыми разводами. В ресторане вкусно ,но грязные столы со следаии от стаканов и предыдущих кушающих. Самое офигенное -это аниматоры. Им 10+. Они самые самые

We are disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy so much your stay with us. We are sorry that housekeeping omitted to clean properly the bathroom and the towels were dirty; we have passed this on to their manager.
