The most terrible hotel and service I've ever been
We are now sitting at the reception, already for 7 hours, hotel workers try to give us worse room we 've paid for. They claim they do not have such rooms and that our tour operator messed something. We order superior room with sea view, paid additional fees for this, and they are trying to give us standard room, telling they hve no such rooms. We have confirmation that they confirmed reservation of superior room. The staff just liying looking at our face. Now it is 2.30 p.m. we still at reception. We will write later what next...
