We are staying in the hotel from 6th of July. On arrival day, we quickly get our hotel room, which can be influenced by registration in hotel‘s servive programme. The area of this hotel is just amazing, clean and well maintained. The food in the main restaurant is delicious, there is enough food to choose from. Service is good as well, we like staff working in the main restaurant. However, there some things we don‘t like. Imported alcohol drinks are not shown to all people, sometimes it seems that hotel has a policy to hide it and try to give cheaper drinks to custumers. Several times we asked imported alcohol in Lotus bar during daytime and barmen seemed to be unhappy and pretended they couldnt understand us(we spoke in English and Russian ). In my opinion, this hotel has polite guests, who deserved to have nice holidays and get things, they paid for. Another remark from us that women working in the beach and cooking traditional Turkish foods are not polite and even rude. They dont even bother to make us food with ingridients we asked (that was simply meat). All in all, I think that hotel is really high class, it has huge advantages. However, we would like to avoid problems we mentioned (never had any problems with imported alcohol in Amara Dolce Vita, Akka Antendon or other hotels we have stayed in. I am happy with my holidys now but I wanted you to know my opinion about some things. Hope you will pay attention to it.
