Our check in was so slow, not supportive and not well...
Our check in was so slow, not supportive and not well communicated from Mr. Farhat. The procedure took more than an hour to be fully carried out for one small and other bigger rooms for my 7 members family. It was not possible to have our kids room in the same floor or otherwise we will be given a smaller room with same rate of our bigger room. The reciptioist needs alot to improve his communication skills to be more effecicient, informative, sympathetic and custermer caring. He offered us canceling our confirmed booking if we do not accept his unlogic suggestion thus we stay at 407 while my kids at 215. Our check in was around 9:00pm on 29th July 2017.
