Отдыхали компанией (2 семейные пары), номер- апартаменты. Заселили нас в номер с видом на стройку - фото прикрепляю. Три раза подходили с просьбой переселить, на ресепшене каждый раз нам обещали и просили придти через день\через два.. короче, так мы и "отдыхали" в своем номере. Обидно платить столько же как и все, но у кого-то вид на бассейн, а у нас на стену!(( Неприятно,что в отеле так и не извинились за неудобства, ни предложили может быть какой-то комплимент от отеля. Ничего. Мы понимаем, что возможна загруженность отеля и отсутствие номеров... но извиниться-то можно было хоть как-то
