Мы полностью оплатили отель за 2 месяца до приезда, но нас не смогли заселить в номер!
Нам предложили цену в 2 раза выше, чем наша бронь и нам пришлось еще 2 часа потерять, чтобы нас заселили.
Администратор, молодой парень, на ресешн вообще отказался нас понимать.
Это отвратительно. Не рекомендую этот отель.
We paid the hotel in full 2 months before arrival, but we could not be accommodated in the room!
We were offered a price 2 times higher than our reservation and we had to lose 2 more hours to be settled.
The administrator, a young guy, refused to understand us at all.
