"Treated like a royalty"
From the minute Colleen and Junaid assisted us with our reservation and the bubbly Dhally checked us in, right up until we checked out we were treated like royalty and our every need was seen to in a professional and timely manner. Assisting us with our bags Dependra and Arshad also acted as our guides talking us through what the hotel had to offer as we passed by.
The hotel is beautifully presented and almost feels like a private village for the guests and the all inclusive concept works flawlessly. The bars and restaurants all face the sea and/or the pools and are layed out to make your life easier. We ate at Seven Heights buffet restaurant frequently and our favourite a la carte restaurants were Meat Point with our server Mr. Reuben and Aja where Geraldine, Christopher, their manager Upen and fantastic Sushi Chef Grevie (who dealt with my dietary needs perfectly) were just a pleasure to be served by. The other restaurant staff whose names I tried to get (Apologies if I have left anyone out) who were so happy to help were Benjamin, Urmat, Sangram and Tshering and Chefs Reynason, Chakra, Jawaker and Bedraj.
In beach bar we got some extra special attention from Wangbo, Michael and Keith who posed for a photo with us.
Rhoan in room service personally brought the wine we ordered and was such a nice guy.
Thank you to all the staff at Rixos for making our stay so delightful, if I've missed anyone out I'm sorry we'll for sure catch you next time
