все хорошо, кроме проблем с заселением!!!

территория отличная, отдыхали тремя парами, две заселили отлично, третью в подвал, без окон, через дорогу (мы решили, что это корпус для персонала). и таких было в наш заезд человек 15!!!!!!!!! Все остальное отлично. Анимация супер, детям было весело, горки, номера, питание все на высшем уровне! Но проблемы с заселением испортили все впечатление.
