Парадор и Мерхаба близнецы братья.

Пляжно-городской отель, расположен через улицу с непроизносимым названием от отеля Мерхаба и на самой набережной напротив 9-го муниципального пляжа. Прямо напротив отеля расположена смотровая площадка со скамейками откуда открывается живописный вид на Марину и цитадель Кейкубата. Особенно хорош вид на закате. Пляж песчано-галечный , для купания нужна специальная обувь. В 100 метрах от отеля маленькая площадь где расположены магазины, включая продуктовый супермаркет А101. Близок цент Алании, примерно 30 минут пешком.
