Amazing experience!

We had a chance to stay in this beautiful hotel 7 nights. I could say it was one of the best vacation! The property is really big and very beautiful! Big swimming pool, nice beach. We enjoyed every day and every moment there. I had my yoga class and morning stretching every day. The hotel staff was very helpful, so friendly with warm smiles. We had a lot of attention from them and good care. Specially thanks to Mohamed Ashour and Mohamed abd E l rasol - F&B and restaurant manager. The restaurant manager Mohamed was really professional. So attentive to all the guests, It was a pleasure to have a lunch or breakfast or dinner in the restaurant with this kind of VIP service from manager and all the team- restaurant team and bar team. Thanks to housekeeping team, to Ahmed who did make up in our room 6155 and bartender Tarek in pool bar who did amazing cappuccino for us every day . Also thanks to massage seller who offered us a good massage with 3 sessions for each , he explained everything very professional, simple , clear and the way like we bought it straightaway. (Saller- Taher, I guess, Sorry forgot the name ). If not him maybe we didn't go for massage to the spa. Very nice and sweet guy! He is doing great job! We really enjoyed our SPA with 3 sessions of massage. Thanks also to SPA manager , beautiful blonde girl, she was very helpful.

I would recommend this hotel very much and definitely I would come back there one day.
