Два раза выбирала его, приезжая на выставки.

Удобен, т.к. находится рядом с вокзалом (откуда и идет автобус на выставку).

Комфортный отель, отличные номера.

Всегда вкусные завтраки с отличным кофе. Люблю посидеть за столиком подольше, наслаждаясь кофе и смотря в окно.

Не могу сказать о минусах отеля, для меня их не существует. При первой же необходимости, остановлюсь опять в нём.
