we are sorry to read that you are not feeling well after traveling back Home from you vacation.
For your information, I would like to inform you that all tourists who come to the hotel have a negative test, then on departure they take another test, we have no cases reported so far in the hotel. We operate in an international hotel and we cannot stop guests from enjoying the holiday, the protection norms are followed by our staff who are vaccinated and checked periodically, the temperature of the tourists is measured. It is individual for each guest how he/she decides to protect theirself, and more during the vacation our dear guests often prefers to make trips, travel outside the hotel, so we can not control outside the hotel. We periodically have checks from the Ministry of Health and so far our score is quite good, of course we want all our guests to be healthy so we try our best to follow all the procedures for protection and prevention against COVID 19.

We have many other nationalities taking the test before leaving and we have not had any cases of COVID reported in recent months.
One more time let me apologize in places where we didnt meet your expectations, However we hope to welcome you once again to give you a Great and Positive holiday experience that many of our guest have experienced.
