Отель не имеет ничего общего с фотографиями на сайте и категорией «пять звёзд». Номера выглядят удручающе - нелепый дизайн, неудобная мебель, дешёвый матрас, на котором не сможете спать, ватная маленькая подушка, дешёвые и оборванные полотенца. Ужасная уборка в номере - приходят убирать в 18:00 вечером, за три дня ни разу не убирали пылесосом в номере. Никакой питьевой воды для гостей, хотите пить, купите питьевую воду по цене минибара. Менеджеры по-хамски отвечают на просьбы гостей. Кстати деньги за проживание сняли в полном объёме в момент заселения, чтобы не было шансов сбежать из этого отеля, где так не любят гостей.
