Excellent hotel for a family vacation. Hotel has a polite and friendly staff. We had no problems with communication, because the staff at the reception and guest relation office were speaking in English and Russian. They were reacting politely and answering questions, giving advice. The barmen and restaurant staff were always smiling and trying to help with the drinks and food. Gravity Hotel has several restaurants. We have tried Chinese and Brazilian one. The offered menus were tasty and service attentive. But even without the other restaurants, the main hotel restaurant didn't disappoint us. The food was diverse with many dishes from pasta, beef, chicken and vegatebles. Compliments for tasty cakes! After such tasty desserts you could easily add more kilograms to your weight! But next day animation will help with training offering stretching, pool exercises, or you can use hotel gym. Our compliments for spa with very good massage service. Our kids liked aquapark. The beach was clean with comfortable sunbeds. We liked to snorkel in the sea and watch sea fish. The only disappointment for our kids was too slow wifi, but we were satisfied with that, more time outside and less with the phones, vacations from phone games for kids.
