Светлана, здравствуйте. Подскажите, пожалуйста, Вы бронировали номера через турфирму или напрямую в отеле? В интернете несколько сайтов отеля, непонятно, какой из них официальный. Спасибо.

Здравствуйте, мы покупали пакетный тур (с перелетом и трансфером) у туроператора "Алеан". Но, у него же можно забронировать отдельно отель, номер, даже немного дешевле, чем на других официальных и неофициальных сайтах. Зайдите на их сайт поиск тура, наберите Гагра Европа и поставьте в окошечке "без перелета". Точно уже не подведут, это крупный туроператор, вам вышлют подтверждение о бронировании,ваучер, также получите по электронке квитанцию об оплате. Проверено.
