Бронировала через сайт отеля. Бесплатный трансфер из/в аэропорт, вкусный завтрак, хорошие номера (пишу заранее, чтобы был в номере холодильник и открывающееся окно). Все хорошо, если остановиться на сутки. Мы второй раз останавливались на 2ое суток- сразу всплывают минусы. Не убирают номер, не выносят мусор, не пополняют чай/сахар. Обратилась с данным вопросом на рецепшен- ответили, что не хватает персонала. Стоимость номера не уменьшается со вторых суток проживания, при этом качество проживания ухудшается. Считаю, что это не допустимо.
