Это был самый лучший и незабываемый отдых, если вы хотите провести свое время не беспокоясь ни о чем, то вам в этот отель. Персонал сразу же реагирует на все просьбы, хотелось бы отметить ребят с ресепшн: Сухроб, Джастик, Мухамед, Фазилиль, Отабек . Отлично говорят на русском языке, проблемы решаются вмиг. Остальные ребята тоже очень стараются помочь. В ресторане еда замечательная, все свежее, если что-то заканчивается - сразу же выкладывают новую. При отъезде из отеля мы запросили ланч бокс, в связи с ранним вылетом ( отель в 5 утра покинули уже) так даже напоминать не пришлось, он ждал нас уже на ресепшн. Территория отеля - супер, зал - замечательный.

Трансфер до пляжа всегда забирает всех людей, никого не оставляет. Первый приехал, за ним сразу же второй. До Дубай молла добирались тоже без пробок минут 40. Мне все очень понравилось в отеле, уже во 2 раз в нём. Обожаю рамаду!! Камилла.

Upon departure from the hotel, we requested a lunch box due to the early departure (we had already left the hotel at 5 a.m.) I didn't even have to remind him, he was already waiting for us at the reception. The territory of the hotel is great, the hall is wonderful.

The transfer to the beach always takes all the people, leaves no one. The first one arrived, followed immediately by the second one. It took 40 minutes to get to the Dubai Mall without traffic jams. I really enjoyed everything at the hotel, this is the second time in it. I love the ramada!! Camilla.
