Это тихий ужас! По приезду нас не накормили, даже кофе и чай нельзя было взять! А далее хуже! Отключили свет!

5.04.2025-. С 09:30 утра до 21:30 отсутствовал свет. В столовой ели при свете фонариков, с отсутствием тарелок, салфеток и дракой за приборы.

Столовая. Столы грязные, приборы грязные и липкие, остатки прилипшей пищи на "чистых" тарелках.Салфеток вообще нет.

Питание. Не всем хватало, что приготовили повара.

Туристы начали жаловаться своим туроператорам на отель. Представители туроператоров приехали в 9 вечера и в течение 4 часов вывезли более 300 человек из отеля.
