The housekeeping staff maintained the rooms daily, and the minibar was thoughtfully restocked with fresh water every day — a small detail that truly made a big difference.

Safety and comfort were clearly a top priority for the management. The resort had visible 24/7 security, and we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. Another thing that impressed us was the active involvement of the management team — even the general managers personally assisted in making sure our seminar was a success. Their dedication and hands-on approach created a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere that is rare to find.
