we had a terrible experience for me, my kids bed bugs in rooms
Dear all,
we had a terrible experience for me, my kids and my husband where we were occupied in a family room full of bed bugs for two nights ( of a total four nights) despite informing the hotel but they insisted it is mosquitoes and refused to change the room. In the second night, we could took images and videos of that bug on the curtain. Unfortunately, all of us wapecially my kids had severe allergy and oedema at the site of bite as well as fever and hypersensitivity reaction.
Iam waiting your response regarding that unaccepted terrible incident, and in urgent need to be updated by the policy to be applied in such case according to your hotel guidelines and policies and according to consumer prtection laws. To our knowledge, under Italian consumer law, we have the right to safe and hygienic accommodation.
Iam sorry to let you know that if a suitable appropiate action is not taken,a complaint will be filed to the local he by health authorities (ASL - Azienda Sanitaria Locale) and the Italian Tourism Board.

Edited: the hotel offered us s free dinner or 20% discount on two nights which is an underestimation of the situation.
Furthermore, the hotel transferred us to another room 659 which has no internet till ghe last two hours and a non working AC. As a result of such inconvenience, our vacation was badly interrupted and our money was badly invested in an overrated hotel.
By any means, this experience will be documented and reviewed.
I do require a total refund as a compensation for the harm happened to our family due to bed bugs. If necessary , all legal actions will be taken.
