Прилетели 25 августа 2025 года от пакс заявка 205911. Третий день боремся чтобы заселили в наш номер ,но без результатно.Первый день нам заселили в отель Клеопатра 2* посмеялись на нами.Ротом заселили в отель наш,но номер дали маленький без балкона.Мв бронировали номер Фэмили премиум.Отель врет,хамски себя ведет.По прилету в Россию будем подавать в суд.Мы отдали больше пол миллиона чтобы нервничать и жить непонятно как.Отпуск испорчен! Спасибо отелю Aqua Heneish,никому не советуем!
