На следующий день ситуация была исправлена, нас переселили в хороший номер, ежедневно проводилась уборка, любые проблемы решались быстро и если бы не первые сутки, то конечно не возникло никаких претензий.

Сегодня уезжаем, решила дополнить отзыв, хотелось бы конечно отдельно поблагодарить шефа кухни, главного менеджера кухни,очень внимательно относились, приятные люди. Наталию отельерера, быстро решала все вопросы, по первому сообщения, отзывчивая и хорошо выполняет свою работу. Жаль конечно мы не были с ней знакомы в момент заселения, возможно той ситуации бы и не возникло. Я очень люблю Шарм-эль-Шейх тут конечно особенная атмосфера!
