Steigenberger Alcazar exceeded every expectation we had. It’s the kind of hotel that makes you rethink what “good service” really means. The staff is incredibly professional yet warm and approachable.

Our room was stylish and extremely comfortable. The balcony had a beautiful view of the pools, and the room was always perfectly fresh. The cleaning team deserves special recognition — the attention to detail was impressive.

Food was truly exceptional. Each meal felt like something new. The grilled seafood, fresh salads, soups, and desserts were amazing. The à-la-carte restaurants were worth every second — especially the Asian one.

The animation team brought so much life to the resort. Their daily activities were fun and well-organized. We joined water polo, stretching, and dance classes — all were fantastic. The evening entertainment was a pleasant surprise every night.

The beach was clean and peaceful, with soft sand and incredibly blue water. Snorkeling near the reef reminded us of swimming in a documentary — the underwater world was stunning.
