Убитая пятерка
Поверили отзывам и обзорам, а в итоге получили худший отдых за последние 7 лет.
Семейная пара, супруга беременна - отдых без алкоголя.
Во-первых убитый номерной фонд - пыль, старое белье, застиранные полотенца и халаты, вода в многоразовых стеклянных бутылках.
Уборка - тяп ляп, хоть доллар клади, хоть не клади.
Еда - на третий день перешли на тушенное и салаты, все что жареное - просто жесткая лепешка, пицца пресная, халва - лежалая. Итальянский аля карт - посредственный.
Ресепшен - арабская классика, три раза приходишь - на третий раз получаешь то что надо.
Пляжная зона - классный вход в море, лежаки не моют, столы не моют, песок пляжа в бычках и мусоре. Прогуляться вдоль пляжа - нельзя. Охрана не пропускает.
Что делать вечером? Пить пиво и слушать одни и те же песни, гулять по вечернему старому городу - не советую.
На 4 день получили туристическую простуду и два дня лежали с температурой, расстройством желудка и крапивницей. Причин куча - антисанитария в номере, тараканы, полотенце для ног за неделю так и не поменяли, вода в многоразовых стеклянных бутылках, лежаки и пляжные столики не моются, пляж в бычках, в столовой в овощной зоне - жухлые или грязные листья салата, капучино я назвал с**кочино (после него сразу начинается ди***).
По итогу это первая поездка после которой мы с радостью летели домой.

This is certainly not the level of comfort, hygiene, or service excellence that we aim to provide, and we fully understand how such issues may negatively affect a guest’s stay.
We would like to reassure you that the hotel operates under strict hygiene, safety, and quality control procedures. We are subject to regular inspections conducted by both governmental authorities and independent third-party auditors, all of which have consistently confirmed our compliance with established standards. While we have not previously received complaints of a similar nature, your feedback has been treated with the utmost seriousness and has been thoroughly reviewed with the relevant department heads to reinforce monitoring, cleaning routines, and service consistency While we adhere to internationally recognized sanitation and food safety protocols, we regret any distress this may have caused and sincerely hope that you have since fully recovered.
Your comments regarding food variety, preparation, and presentation have been shared with our Executive Chef to review, particularly with regard to freshness, preparation methods, and guest dietary expectations. In addition, enhanced spot checks have been implemented across our dining venues.
With regard to the beach and public areas, your remarks have been communicated to our Housekeeping and Beach Operations teams to ensure more frequent cleaning, stricter supervision, and improved maintenance throughout the day,
It is disappointing to know that we were unable to address your concerns to your satisfaction during your visit. Had we been made aware of certain issues in real time, we would have made every effort to intervene promptly and offer suitable alternatives where possible.
